Job description

Tasks

• Support in the design, implementation and performance measurement of IT processes for maintenance of business applications
  

• Installation of major, minor and emergency changes (patches etc.) and functional updates in the supported applications
  

• Consistent monitoring of basic components
  

• Selective support in IT application support
  

• Creation and maintenance of system documentation
  

• Checking and ensuring the operational operation and user support of IT applications
  

• Cooperation in all relevant working groups
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies at a technical college or university, preferably with a focus on computer science, practical computer science, business informatics or administrative informatics
  

• Alternatively a successfully completed IT vocational training or comparable knowledge and experience
  

• Profound experience in supporting an application as second level support
  

• Several years of experience in the maintenance of specialized software systems (specialized applications in various fields, such as construction, geoinformatics, etc.)
  

• Experience in handling a ticketing system
  

• Readiness to travel for business trips within the country
