Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of our cooperation with existing customers - in doing so, you will inspire our customers with the transformation concepts you have developed

  • You analyze target customers, plan, systematize and coordinate the acquisition and keep an eye on the achievement of the defined sales and acquisition targets

  • You also control and optimize our activities in the areas of marketing, PR and digital sales

  • And as primus inter pares, you support the sales team in achieving goals and increasing performance

  • You have the opportunity to advance to the position of an authorized signatory

Qualification

  • Many years of experience in business development and sales of services in the areas of strategy consulting, digital transformation, outsourcing, process optimization, or similar, and ideally also in marketing

  • Hands-on mentality, wealth of ideas as well as implementation strength, communication skills and team spirit as well as organizational talent

  • Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales, management, entrepreneurship, international project management, or the like  

  • Business fluent in German and English
