Job description


  • You will take over all commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management activities for your branch customers and ensure smooth branch operations

  • You act as the central interface between branches, craftsmen and service providers and take care of the operational issues:

    • Receiving reports of malfunctions, repairs, defects and requirements

    • Keeping track of the warranty

    • Obtaining and evaluating offers

    • Ensuring professional execution - always with the aim of ensuring the best price-performance ratio

  • Your strategic topics include:

    • Planning and execution of complex tenders

    • New and further development of processes

    • Ensuring scalability through standardization, digitization, cost reduction and the creation of transparency

  • As primus inter pares, you will support agile teams in achieving goals and increasing performance

  • You have the opportunity to rise to the position of authorized signatory in the future


  • Many years of professional experience in strategic and operational facility management for a nationwide chain store company, center operator or commercial space lessor

  • Hands-on mentality, strong customer orientation, inventiveness, team spirit, organizational talent as well as implementation and communication skills

  • A successfully completed degree in facility management, real estate management or industrial engineering

  • Or a successfully completed apprenticeship with additional qualification e.g. in facility management or similar with many years of job-relevant professional experience

  • Business fluent in German and ideally also in English
