Job description


  • Contact person for the customer and the internal department regarding functional as well as technical topics

  • Assumption of the interface function between customer, specialist department and development team

  • Gathering of functional requirements in the form of user stories and creation of IT functional concepts and documentation

  • Proactively advising the customer on our offerings with a view to adding value within the scope of his or her requirements

  • Control of development tickets in an agile process environment (including SCRUM) incl. test planning


  • Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional training in the IT environment

  • Several years of professional experience in software development and/or requirements engineering

  • Profound know-how in software architectures, technologies & implementations

  • Several years of programming knowledge in at least one of the areas: Java, Javascript, HTML, Groovy, SQL

  • Strong abstraction and analysis skills with regard to software topics and their mapping in a heterogeneous application landscape

  • Strong communication skills, agile mindset & practice in (agile) software development

  • Experience in technical and disciplinary employee management desirable (does not necessarily have to be pure)

  • Very good project management skills

  • Very good English and German - verbal and written
