Contact person for the customer and the internal department regarding functional as well as technical topics
Assumption of the interface function between customer, specialist department and development team
Gathering of functional requirements in the form of user stories and creation of IT functional concepts and documentation
Proactively advising the customer on our offerings with a view to adding value within the scope of his or her requirements
Control of development tickets in an agile process environment (including SCRUM) incl. test planning
Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional training in the IT environment
Several years of professional experience in software development and/or requirements engineering
Profound know-how in software architectures, technologies & implementations
Several years of programming knowledge in at least one of the areas: Java, Javascript, HTML, Groovy, SQL
Strong abstraction and analysis skills with regard to software topics and their mapping in a heterogeneous application landscape
Strong communication skills, agile mindset & practice in (agile) software development
Experience in technical and disciplinary employee management desirable (does not necessarily have to be pure)
Very good project management skills
Very good English and German - verbal and written
Intensive and individual training
High degree of personal responsibility and decision-making freedom
