Shopfloor Support (m/f/x)

In this position, excellent communication skills and a convincing assertiveness are of great importance. As Shopfloor Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly and optimising production efficiency. You will work in close co-operation with production staff, technical teams and managers to identify problems, develop solutions and improve overall production performance. Remuneration is based on Equal Pay and is approximately €54,000 per annum.

  • Implementation of 5S on the shop floor

  • Preparation and participation in management visits

  • Coordination of improvement processes with regard to costs, deadlines and quality

  • Preparation of workshops and participation in industrial assessments


  • Degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical degree with at least a technician or business administrator qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of production planning and control, project management and process improvement

  • Additional qualifications in lean management and Six Sigma must be available

  • Detailed specialised knowledge of MS Office

  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills

  • Existing work permit for the EU
