Development and testing of an operating model for the federation of ELN services between the sites and, if necessary, for different (professional) user groups
Development of a requirements analysis with needs assessment
Establishment of a test group of researchers
Selection of ELN systems and structured testing of local instances
Continuous user-related further development and adaptation of one or, if necessary, several of the selected ELN systems
Design and testing of information and training events on the respective ELN, support for researchers, and migration of data from existing ELN instances
Establishment of possibilities for the exchange of experiences for the user community
Preparation of follow-up use and, if necessary, rollout of the services for regular operation
Completed university studies or comparable
Alternatively, comparable technical education with relevant professional experience
Know-how in project management, especially in an agile environment is an advantage
Experience in the integration and further development of software
Knowledge of Java, C++, Python as well as other programming languages is an advantage
Ability and practical experience in describing, presenting and implementing IT requirements
Very good knowledge of German and English
