Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of complex quality topics and continuous improvement projects
• Definition and implementation of action standards for process optimization
• Identification and facilitation of improvement potentials in production and quality processes
• Execution of operational surveillance to ensure process control and safety
• Ensuring repeatability and compliance with standards throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces to enhance process reliability

Qualification

• Degree as a certified technician or business administrator in project management, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management
• In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Lean Management and Total Quality Management
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
