Tasks

• Manufacture and assembly of riveted joints and subassemblies on structural components in accordance with construction documents, manufacturing instructions and drawings

• Manufacture components in accordance with applicable aviation standards

• Making preparations, e.g. viewing and sorting orders and drawings, setting up components and construction site, checking and providing production equipment

• Positioning and fixing components

• Carrying out and documenting the assembly of components and subassemblies

• Carrying out surface protection

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, motor vehicle mechanic, motor vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, locksmith, carpenter or in a trade-related profession

• Work experience in precision mechanics, industrial mechanics, plastics and rubber technology, mechanics, structural mechanics and as a locksmith

• Experience of working at Airbus and in the aerospace industry

• Basic knowledge of German and English

• Present work permit for the EU
