Tasks

• Manufacture and assemble riveted joints and subassemblies on structural components in accordance with construction documents, manufacturing instructions and drawings Manufacture components in accordance with applicable aviation standards

• Making preparations, e.g. viewing and sorting orders and drawings, setting up components and building site, checking and providing production equipment

• Positioning and fixing components

• Carrying out and documenting the assembly of components and subassemblies

• Carrying out surface protection

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, carpenter, in a metalworking profession or a completed technical apprenticeship

• Professional experience in the field of precision mechanics, industrial mechanics, mechanics, structural mechanics or as a fitter

• Experience of working at Airbus

• Proficient in German and basic English

• Willingness to work in 2-3 shifts

• Present work permit for the EU
