Tasks

• Managing the preparation of the negotiation process

• Managing supplier contracts in terms of contractual clauses, financial performance, amendments and receivables management

• Ensure procurement and delivery of items

• OQOTOC performance that meets programme requirements

• Managing supplier relationships

• Contributing to the success of individual programmes or the overall programme

• Interface responsibility with suppliers and vendors for all matters

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in project management

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of supplier management, operative and strategic procurement and quality management

• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Business fluent in German and English

• Work permit for the EU

• Team player with a service- and customer-oriented personality, high sense of responsibility and strong assertiveness
