Tasks

  • Support in negotiations regarding supplier capacities or cost adjustments
  • Development of the material requirements strategy based on technical data and logistical aspects
  • Recognizing new tasks through participation in meetings
  • Ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and in the correct quality
  • Processing customer orders in SAP application
  • Responsibility for adapting industrial processes in the area of logistics and materials management
  • Ensuring an end-to-end supply chain solution for any repair projects that arise
  • Triggering escalations

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement, quality assurance and supply chain / logistics
  • Knowledge of change management, lean management and project management
  • Airbus experience is an advantage
  • Confident handling of SAP/R3
  • Know-how in Google Workspace and with Skywise is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel is an advantage (approx. 2x per year, for approx. 2 days within the EU)
  • Work permit for the EU
