Job description

Tasks

  • Checking and clarification of demand data from internal suppliers for completeness and correctnes

  • Demand planning, scheduling and procurement of quality-compliant components, equipment, systems, materials and services

  • Delivery monitoring (quantity, deadline, price) and communication with suppliers as well as internal customers / departments

  • Control and analysis of the manufacturer's delivery performance as well as master data maintenance of material flows

  • Identification and classification of risks as well as initiation of first corrective actions

  • Review and correction of delivery and service disruptions including recovery activities

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of supply chain / logistics or economics or completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with many years of professional experience

  • Several years of practical experience in disposition / material procurement, customer service, supplier management as well as supply chain / logistics

  • Know-how in operational purchasing is an advantage

  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Communicative team player with independent and structured work style
