Tasks

  • Checking and clarifying requirements data for completeness and correctness

  • Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain

  • Close cooperation with internal and external suppliers

  • Scheduling and procurement of quality-compliant components, devices, systems, materials and services

  • Delivery monitoring as well as controlling and analyzing the delivery performance of suppliers

  • Identifying and classifying risks and initiating initial corrective measures

  • Checking and rectifying delivery and performance disruptions, including recovery activities and possible escalation

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in supply chain / logistics or economics

  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, customer service / customer service, supplier management and supply chain / logistics

  • Experience in operational purchasing is an advantage and underlines your expertise in procurement

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP is required, additional expertise with Google Workspace is desirable

  • Business fluent in German and English is required, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
