Tasks

• Reporting to the logistics community and close coordination with quality management on audits, action plans and regulatory requirements
• Leading initiatives and projects with a strong focus on process optimisation and close collaboration with experts
• Validation of process changes according to internal and external requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Supporting process performanceevaluation and identifying and analysing root causes for deviations
• Identification of improvement opportunities through process mapping and suitable optimisation tools
• Define and harmonise ways of working in line with external regulations, company rules and process architecture
• Focus on compliance with enterprise management systems and ensuring internal consistency with architectural standards

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain quality with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of project management, process improvement, quality management, supply chain
• Good knowledge of total quality management (problem-solving methods)
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and initial application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Proficient in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa) and a CV in English
• Team player with strong communication skills as well as analytical thinking, quality awareness and assertiveness
