Job description


  • Job search and recording of corresponding vacancies from the aviation-specific tool

  • Conduct matching and submit vacancies that are a perfect fit to retain applicants

  • Entry and maintenance of applicant data as well as verification with regard to topicality, quality and completeness

  • Professional and sustainable support of potential applicants

  • Documentation and recording of results in the respective tool

  • Creation and uploading of qualification profiles according to the requirements in the respective customer tools

  • Publication of job advertisements in the recruiters' social media channels

  • Continuous expansion of the talent pool as well as support of recruiting with active sourcing


  • Completed vocational training or alternatively active or completed studies

  • Experience in interviewing and social skills

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Team player with a structured approach to work, initiative and excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility and mobility (willingness to travel)
