Tasks

  • Development of innovative robotics and automation solutions for the efficient assembly and handling of aircraft parts
  • Responsibility for the design and development of automation solutions, including projects and end-to-end systems
  • Design and implementation of complex kinematics and automation solutions in existing industrial systems
  • Analysis of project requirements and specifications as well as simulation and modeling of automation solutions
  • Support in troubleshooting and optimization from prototypes to fully functional final systems, including integration, installation and configuration of systems, application software and interface protocols

Qualification

  • Degree in electrical engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience as a design engineer, in electrical engineering/electronics, manufacturing engineering or mechatronics
  • Ideally initial experience or basic understanding of project management
  • Expert knowledge of CATIA V5, detailed experience with Matlab, advantageous knowledge of Google Workspace, and programming experience in C++ an advantage
  • Business fluent English and advanced German language skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU required
