Are you interested in issues related to diversity and variety and do you enjoy developing and implementing corresponding concepts? Do you have a friendly and professional manner as well as organizational skills and flexibility? Then we are looking for you as Talent Manager with immediate effect.
The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 75%), initially for a limited period of 2 years.

Support the Vice Dean for Talent Management and Diversity.
Evaluate and analyze existing diversity, gender, women's advancement, and workforce development efforts.
Develop concepts for establishing a diversity policy and prepare strategic decisions
Application of empirical methods for data collection, evaluation and analysis of diversity- and gender-relevant issues
Participation in the development of applications
Preparation of action and financial reports and budget monitoring
Preparation of committee meetings as well as organization of events in the talent management and diversity area
Successfully completed (master) degree, preferably in statistics or social sciences
Previous experience or knowledge in diversity and gender research
Knowledge of empirical social research and statistics
Experience in event organization
Good command of English
Enthusiasm for the topic of diversity
