Team Assistant (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Team Assistant for our renowned client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. If you work independently, in a structured and results-orientated manner and always achieve targets on time, then you are the right person for us.   • Creation, preparation, minute taking, schedule management and support of action lists
  • Management of the supervisor's calendar and coordination of team members' attendance and absences
  • Compilation of decision bases, receipt and distribution of data and reports
  • Preparing presentations, speeches, correspondence and other documents in German and English
  • Planning and organising internal and external events such as meetings, workshops and customer events
  • Processing mail, invoice verification, approval, procurement and management of office supplies, IT hardware, work safety equipment and business cards
  • Internal travel booking and expense accounting
  • Processing, managing and archiving documents


  • Degree in economics with at least a technical or business degree Alternatively, commercial training with many years of professional experience, ideally as an office communications specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial or assistant work, preferably with experience at Airbus
  • Basic knowledge of project management and strong organisational skills
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP, initial experience with Click'n Buy (BySide) and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
