Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation of cost center accounting with departmental cost recording and evaluation as well as cost analyses
Ensuring data transfer to the payroll department
Determination of costing bases for the branch offices
Administration of the company insurances
Monitoring of customer creditworthiness as well as administration and processing of open receivables
Checking of contract and payment modalities as well as processing of all legal disputes in cooperation with the management board
Planning of training and further education in the commercial area
Regular communication with authorities and institutions (sales tax, Certified Public Accountant)
Optimization of the purchase of materials and services
Completed commercial training with qualification as a certified accountant or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
Knowledge of payroll accounting or payroll accounting is desirable
Organizational talent with an affinity for numbers
