Tasks

• Coordination and support of technical issues and continuous improvements in the Nonconformity area

• Execution of work order management for unscheduled work occurring outside the station

• Prevention of recurring problems and request of support

• Coordinating support requests from individual areas

• Control of structural mechanics

• Interface of engineering, residual work team, and quality management areas

• Re-ordering and coordination of missing parts via SAP

• Support capacity management and forecasting of capacity fluctuations

Qualification

• Completed studies in the fields of

  • aircraft construction,

  • engineering,

  • aerospace,

  • mechanical engineering,

  • industrial engineering or equivalent technical studies

• Successfully completed vocational training as an

  • aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering,

  • maintenance engineering or engine technology,

  • galvanizer / surface coater,

  • materials tester or industrial clerk

• Several years of professional experience in the fields of

  • engineering,

  • aircraft construction,

  • manufacturing engineering,

  • aviation mechanics,

  • project management,

  • process planning,

  • process improvement,

  • quality management and quality assurance

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP, experience with Google Workspace an advantage

• Knowledge in change management, lean management, project management and total quality management (problem solving methods) desirable

• Business fluent German and English language skills

• Present work permit for the EU

• Willingness to work in 2-shift system
