Tasks

  • Structuring, planning and coordinating the processing of change requests (CR)
  • Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental coordination of open CR measures
  • Continuous documentation and training in the tool (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Problem reporting and implementation of improvement measures for digital change requests
  • Optimisation of the change process flow and throughput times
  • Preparation of the change request backlog
  • Systematisation and optimisation of the need for and time required for throughput in the MRB process (Material Review Board)

Qualification

  • Successfully completed engineering studies or comparable degree
  • Professional experience in change management, project work and process development is desirable
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
