Job description

Tasks

  • Establishment of a comprehensive lessons learned database

  • Establishment of processes for data usage of the LL database together with the CPL projects

  • Establishment of a configuration and requirements management for CPL projects

  • Coordinate and ensure the analysis and provision of project management data in cooperation with Controlling

  • Creation, extension and improvement of program and project time planning based on the created Work Breakdown Structure

  • Follow-up of milestones on program level

  • Driving the introduction of new project management tools, processes and tools for internal program planning

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in commercial or technical field, e.g. industrial engineering or project management

  • Experience in project work (ideally large projects in the telecommunications environment)

  • Understanding of processes and interrelationships of PMO disciplines to support project managers

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with a structured and efficient work organization and approach as well as good moderation and presentation skills
