Tasks

• Maintaining and updating the inventory of technical records and aircraft and engine life files.

• Daily review and follow-up of the relevant data in the aircraft management system

• Carrying out document changes and checking technical records

• Contributing to, maintaining and following up on due training in a database

• Preparing reports, daily schedules, minutes and correspondence

• Maintaining information on the Sharepoint site for maintenance and quality assurance purposes

• Further development of processes and procedures regarding technical records

• Maintain and update both electronic and physical documentation in the system

• Serve as an internal and external point of contact for aircraft technical records, maintenance training and technical issues

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training

• ALTERNATIVELY practical previous experience in the field of technical documentation and document management.

• Proof of certified training with recognised qualifications (e.g. IHK) advantageous 

• Experience with SharePoint and electronic, aircraft-specific management systems (AMS, RAMCO) advantageous

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Willingness to work occasionally outside office hours
