Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Technical Documentation department

• Promotion of employees through internal and external training

• Optimization of the departments with regard to coordination of internal and external procedures, processes and tasks

• Representing the interface to other departments, in particular to Product Safety

• Proofreading and editing of technical documents

• Conception and implementation of new media (e.g. video tutorials, online help)

• Coordination of external service providers

Qualification

• Successfully completed training in the field of technical writing

• Several years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation

• Practical experience with XML-based editing systems and Adobe Frameworker advantageous

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and procedures for technical documentation

• Good MS Office application skills and knowledge of image editing programs

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
