Conception, development and introduction of new applications and services for researchers
Continuous user-friendly further development and adaptation of research data management (FDM) systems
Conducting requirements analyses with needs assessment
Professional and technical advice as well as support for the services offered in the area of FDM
Administration for the HRZ ticket system - supply, optimisation and support of the system for the campus and central administration
Completed university studies or comparable
Alternatively, completed comparable technical training with relevant professional experience
Experience in OTRS/KiX as well as in the integration and further development of the software
Knowledge of Java, C++, Python and other programming languages is desirable
Familiarity with Linux and experience of Linux administration are an advantage
Ideally know-how in project management, especially in an agile environment
Ability and practical experience in describing, presenting and implementing IT requirements
Very good knowledge of German and English
