Job description

Tasks

  • Recording of the as-is processes to determine the essential business requirements for purchasing and supply chain 

  • Contributing to the definition of the future business processes of the company and IT

  • Ensure efficient and technically sound implementation of the target processes

  • Coordinate and share with other business units, such as manufacturing, finance, etc. 

  • Participation in the necessary change management and training activities

  • Support migration projects as an expert for the future ERP system

  • Coordinate input from local business experts (key users)

  • Substitute for the business project managers of the digitization projects

  • Planning and execution of all required activities on business side

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration, supply chain / logistics or in industrial engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, IT / information systems and project management

  • Experience with S4/HANA, IU Path and Celonis is desirable

  • Knowledge in purchasing and supply chain

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office, SAP/MM-IM, SAP/MM-PP

  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Willingness for occasional business trips

  • Team player with good communication, moderation, presentation and organizational skills as well as analytical and process-oriented mindset
