Technical Instructor Aeronautical Engineering & Mechanics (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Creation of illustrative and training objects and application of planning and presentation techniques
  • Independently conducting theoretical lessons, including keeping course records and creating documentation
  • Instructing and guiding participants to act responsibly
  • Moderating groups and leading targeted discussions and presenting results
  • Analysing group behaviour and developing and implementing corrective measures

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic with many years of professional experience, with additional qualifications as a technician or master craftsman and as an instructor
  • Possession of a CS-CAT B2 licence in accordance with EASA or DEMAR regulations
  • Many years of professional experience in the areas of precision mechanics, manufacturing & production, industrial mechanics, IT & information systems, mechanics, technical documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Knowledge of compliance with labour and social law regulations, vocational training law as well as labour, environmental and health law
  • Sound knowledge of military aircraft technology
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
