Processing of incoming customer inquiries
Coordination and securing of services from maintenance contracts
Preparation of quotations for spare parts in the area of after sales services and support of the sales department in the preparation of quotations
Supporting the management of Customer Service & Support (further development of internal processes as well as reporting)
Completed technical or commercial training, e.g. in customer consulting, electronics or software
First experience in customer service (preferably international) is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English
Communicative employee with a service-oriented way of working
