Preparation of training sessions
Leading training sessions, both in person and via distance learning (in German, sometimes also in English)
Recording of session summaries (MCQ results, attendance lists, training evaluation and assessment sheets, etc.)
Reporting to the training manager
Translation and adaptation of existing training materials
Creation and development of new training materials
Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering occupations (especially Serial Process Engineer) and ME related tools (especially SAP ARP, CATIA).
Technical knowledge of aircraft systems (ATA 21 to 38) and structures (ATA 50) desirable
Proficient knowledge of technical English
Empathy and excellent communication skills
