Tasks

  • You support us conceptually, editorially and organizationally, e.g. with

    • the processing of job advertisements,

    • in the organization of our internal "knowledge multiplier" webinars,

    • and in the creation of customer offers.

  • You help us develop the topic of aptitude diagnostics for our ARTS way of assessing potential.

  • You contribute your know-how to HR client projects, e.g. in

    • research activities,

    • in the preparation of materials or seminar documents.

  • You use your creativity when writing content for our services,

    • training courses,

    • and blog articles. 

  • Your ideas are always welcome - what else do you want to do or learn?

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program with a focus on psychology, business psychology, education/adult education, or related fields.

  • You have first experience in the HR industry.

  • You have very good knowledge of the German language.

  • You feel at home in social media, especially in business networks such as LinkedIn and XING.

  • Ideally, you bring experience in using Canva as well as in video editing.

  • You feel like working in a team in a remote setting - despite distance, we always seek closeness to each other and are in close exchange.

  • You enjoy trying out new things.

  • You are open-minded, bring high initiative and openness.
