Continuous development of the talent pool through regular social media activities
Review of incoming applications
Independent organization and execution of telephone interviews and personal interviews
Contact person for candidates during the entire application process until hiring
Close cooperation with sales and marketing
Data maintenance in the applicant management system
Enrolled student with interest in recruiting
First experience in direct approach via social media (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) or in applicant and candidate managementis desirable
