Since the beginning of May 2021, ARTS has been AZAV-certified (Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for the Promotion of Employment) and now offers high-quality further training for companies as well as for job seekers.
For years, ARTS has been offering a wide range of solutions in the field of learning and coaching for specialists and managers through its HR service division. ARTS is a career companion for both its employees and applicants and offers them the opportunity to use their professional know-how in various high-tech sectors and company divisions on a daily basis. At the beginning of May 2021, ARTS expanded its HR service in the area of employee management: as an AZAV-certified training provider, training courses for companies and job seekers are part of the HR service portfolio. For the accreditation, an audit was conducted over several months.
As a newly certified training provider, ARTS is able to provide job seekers who have an education voucher from the Federal Employment Agency with professional support in the form of training on job applications, job interviews, assessment centres and social media job search.
The certification ensures high quality standards for all participants with the developed quality management system of ARTS. Companies can book training in the areas of recruiting, communication, remote work, team building and mental health.
