Personnel marketing support for our client the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes

In our cooperation with Autobahn GmbH, ARTS has been handling the entire recruiting process throughout Germany since August 2020 and advises on and partially takes over personnel marketing measures. 

Requirements:

There are 650 vacancies to be filled and a corresponding catalogue of measures to be defined and implemented.

Solution:

At the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, we take care of the job formulation with addressee-appropriate speech and editing, media consulting and the management of the various HR marketing measures, the publication of the jobs and the active sourcing in various applicant databases and social media.

Result:

We set up a separate landing page for the candidates to not only gain additional reach, but also to set backlinks to Autobahn GmbH and place specific advertisements with the help of this landing page. The job advertisements placed there are SEO-optimised and linked to the job-specific application form of Autobahn GmbH, so that the applicant data remains exclusively with Autobahn GmbH. In addition, Autobahn GmbH uses the ARTS job exchange with its linked job portals as a multi-posting channel.

How do I reach Generation Z and how does their attitude to the world of work differ from previous generations?
