We support esveo GmbH as a headhunting company

We often find with our clients that vacancies are advertised on their career sites for months without success. Even if these vacancies are not a top priority, it makes sense to bring a headhunting company on board to take over the search by means of job optimization and direct approach in candidate networks. Because, what many HR departments are not always aware of, not is costly. In this form, we worked with esveo GmbH, for example.

Requirements:

We were looking for a (junior) full-stack developer in Dresden who is or would like to be primarily involved with new technologies such as react, angular, Node.js, GraphQL and TypeScript. Since it is a relatively small team, they were looking for someone who knows and loves the start-up character and working in small structures with flat hierarchies. The technical expertise was not at all decisive, but rather esveo was looking for someone who was very enthusiastic about technology, fit to the employer image and had a good understanding of IT.

Solution:

We optimized the vacancy in terms of target group and SEO and advertised it via multiposting on our usual channels. IT positions are mainly suitable for direct approaches. To do this, we used candidate networks that matched the target group. We had a very close and cooperative exchange with esveo. After a short discussion on the profile with the customer, as well as a telephone pre-interview with the applicant, we went into the interviews with esveo, which were conducted together.

Result:

Through the cooperative and very transparent collaboration, the team constellations and employer image at esveo were quickly clear to us. This knowledge enabled us to find the perfect employee for the company after only a short time.
