Our client IMA was looking for IT software developers, software engineers and operational buyers. As the vacancies were very time-critical, we had to act quickly. IMA also had precise salary requirements that needed to be met.

Not all positions were advertised, as otherwise non-European candidates would have applied ostensibly in a sought-after job description.
