In your future position in Bremen with our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, you will be responsible for the proper recording and processing of account transactions, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Independent accounting activities in the SAP R3 (FI) system for German companies
  • Taking responsibility for operational administrative work
  • Recording of monthly consolidated companies in the SAP SEM BCS consolidation system
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, costs passed on to group companies and sensitive HR documents
  • Posting of pension appraisals according to IFRS and HGB
  • Preparation of balance sheet documents such as cash flow statements, notes and management report
  • Evaluation of reports for individual financial statements and HGB financial statement purposes as well as preparation of result evaluations for management and controlling
  • Role as a contact for the areas of accounting and controlling, tax department, legal department as well as chartered accountants


  • Degree in bookkeeping or financial accounting, or alternatively a degree in business studies
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, for example with monthly and annual statements, required
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP (R/3 and FI/CO)
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • A structured and goal-oriented approach should round off your profile
