In your future position in Frankfurt am Main at our client Lufthansa Technik AG, you will be responsible for preparing and organising business documents, among other things.

Task description

  • Completion of all necessary administrative tasks
  • Preparation and maintenance of document files
  • Providing complete work documents and workshop-oriented preparation in the form of document folders
  • Sorting and allocation of incoming and outgoing documents in the engineering area
  • Organising deadlines


  • Completed commercial training
  • Administrative experience
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Fluent command of German and basic knowledge of English
  • The ability to work in a team and a structured, results-oriented approach round off your profile
