Add to your list of professional accomplishments as an aircraft electronics engineer in the area of maintenance and realise your visions with ARTS. In your future position with our client in Nîmes, France you will be responsible for laying electrical lines and crimping work, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Carrying out maintenance and repair work as part of line and base maintenance on various aircraft models, primarily in the area of tankers and firefighting aircraft
  • Installation and removal of electrical, electronic and avionic parts and components
  • Replacing defective components and wear and tear parts
  • Performing functional tests as per permit
  • Documentation of the work carried out

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification as an aircraft electronics engineer or electrician for aeronautical systems or alternatively in the area of electrics/electronics with aviation-related qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in line and base maintenance
  • Practical knowledge as an aircraft electronics engineer on one or more of the following aircraft types required: Airbus A330, Airbus A400M, Boeing KC135, McDonnell Douglas DC 10, Canadair CL-415, Dash 8
  • CAT A qualification desirable
  • Good knowledge of English or French
  • Knowledge of German is desirable
  • Willingness to work shifts
