Task description

  • Processing of selected work packages regarding airworthiness activities in assigned programmes and projects with consideration for defined standards
  • Support with the definition of guidelines for the preparation of verification documents, including advice in the engineering process
  • Development and establishment of approval concepts and activities
  • Preliminary work in the verification of transport safety regarding templates within the scope of development purposes
  • Supporting the development and documentation of possible aviation restrictions due to development and verification advances
  • Checking engineering change proposals for admissibility and classification
  • Preparation of information regarding the status of approval-related verification management

Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering, in mechanical engineering or in aviation and astronautics
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of engineering, IT/information systems, quality management and aviation and astronautics
  • Knowledge of system engineering with regards to ATA Chapter
  • Experience in the field of aviation law
  • Confident user of MS Office and MS Project
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Knowledge of French and Spanish advantageous
