AIT Technician Harness (m/f/x)

For our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH we are looking for an AIT technician for space electronics in Immenstaad. In the future position, you will be responsible for the independent support of test urine suppliers for space projects over the duration of the project as well as their support in the overall urine integration at satellite level.

Task description

  • Revision and optimization of existing Harness designs and planning documents

  • Preparation of Harness AIT requirement documentation, Harness integration and test plans, as well as integration rules and reports

  • Application of relevant programs for Harness Designs and Harness Planning as well as Test Tools in AIT

  • Creation of the design of AIT Test-Harness

  • Preparation of production and test documents as well as processing of the Harness AIT in space projects

  • Test urine integration and check-out in satellite assemblies and structures according to requirements

  • Independent support of urine/test urinals subcontractors as well as technical acceptance of the ordered products

  • Cooperation with other Airbus sites and European subcontractors as well as participation in test campaigns at home and abroad

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics

  • Alternatively completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer/electronics technician or aircraft electronics technician

  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as in electronics/electrical engineering

  • Experience in the field of measurement technology as well as in the acquisition and display of measured values using user software

  • Expertise within the scope of Harness manufacturing, its processing tools and production control desirable

  • Know-how in mechanical satellite integration as well as knowledge of standard procedures in the aerospace industry is an advantage

  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, knowledge of user software (e.g. LabView) desirable

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
