Task description

  • Coordination of all organizational tasks in day-to-day business for the Director of HR

  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings

  • Correspondence in German and English language

  • Contact person for personnel-related questions

  • Creation of HR concepts, decision templates and presentations

  • Support and participation in HR projects

Requirements

  • Completed studies or commercial vocational training

  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable field of activity

  • Fluent in English

  • Experienced handling of MS Office
