Task description

  • Adaptation of the Issue and Task Tracking System (JIRA) and the Team Collaboration System to the project objectives

  • Update MS project schedule and align with task tracking system

  • Distribution of activity plans for integration activities

  • Passing on filtered issue lists to the project partners

  • Contact person for the project partners to ensure knowledge transfer in the issue tracking system

  • Review of meeting minutes and follow-up of defined actions

  • Support in generating deliveries and creating reviews

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, alternatively technical or commercial training with qualification as a technician

  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of IT/information systems, project management and secretariat/assistance

  • Aerospace experience an advantage

  • Knowledge of JIRA and MS Project

  • Experience with Confluence is desirable

  • Fluent in English required, knowledge of German advantageous

  • Curriculum vitae in English required
