Task description

  • Organisational support of the branch
  • Processing of telephone correspondence with clients, employees, providers and applicants
  • Receiving and hosting guests and visitors
  • Creating presentations
  • Coordination, organisation and preparation of meetings and events
  • File management and documentation administration as well as storage and follow-up
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing post

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training
  • Several years of secretarial experience is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office absolutely required
  • Business fluent German and English are absolutely required
  • An independent and conscientious way of working as well as very good communication skills would complete your profile
