Task description

  • Telephone customer service

  • Prequalification and processing of tickets

  • Dispatching of tickets to the 2nd level business and infrastructure

  • Documentation of standard changes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as IT specialist or IT clerk

  • Practical experience in ITIL, if possible with certification

  • Several years of professional experience as 1st-level call agent

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Team player with analytical thinking and independent working styl
