For our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH we are looking for an Inspector of Aircraft CAT D in Donauwörth. Task description

  • Testing and approval of the electrical and mechanical avionics internals as well as the system tests on civil aviation equipment

  • Preparation of the test sequence and test equipment as well as measurement of simple and complex parts

  • Evaluation and documentation of the results

  • Monitoring of preventive and corrective measures

  • Involvement in internal audits and survey activities

  • Definition, creation and management of test records

  • Testing and certification of kit deliveries to external FALs

  • Creation of delivery documentation for configured assemblies

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, alternatively further training as technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management

  • Experience in aviation is desirable

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Willingness to work shifts and take occasional business trips
