For our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH we are looking for an inspector of aircraft CAT B1 in Donauwörth. In your future position, you will be responsible for determining malfunctions and describing damage patterns in the field of mechanics.

Task description

  • Execution of inspection measures and approvals of components for mil. Lfz Type CH-53, Mk41, Mk88A

  • Complaints regarding general aircraft technology and MRO processes

  • Creation of quality complaint notifications

  • Design assistance for the preparation of repair instructions

  • Supervision of installation, function, intermediate and final tests for scaffolding, repairs and repairs

  • Production acceptance tests as industrial inspector CS CAT B1 and, if necessary, within the scope of follow-up tests by an industrial inspector recognised by the LufABw.

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or qualification as aircraft mechanic, alternatively qualification in a job-relevant area with additional exam as examiner (basic modules EASA Part-66 for CS-CAT B1)

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance and technical documentation

  • Experience as auditor and knowledge in practical problem solving and visual management

  • Good knowledge of military maintenance procedures, procedures and documentation

  • Additional qualifications: Aircraft technician, technician or master craftsman, B1 licence, troop commander in the Bundeswehr

  • Experienced handling of MS Office, SAP or SASPF

  • Fluent German and advanced English skills

  • Willingness to take occasional business trips
