In your future position in Faßberg at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH you will be, among other things, the expert for all inspection measures and release for the aircraft type NH90 /Tiger!

Task description

  • Implementation of inspection measures and release for aircraft type NH90 /Tiger

  • Identification of faults and description of damage patterns

  • Creation of quality complaint notifications

  • Subcontracting of the construction for the preparation of repair instructions

  • Supervision of installation, functional, intermediate and final tests during installation, repair and maintenance

  • Ensuring the production acceptance as industrial tester CS Cat D / B1

  • Maintenance of CV files and conducting die briefings

Requirements

  • Completed technical training with qualification as a technician/specialist/master, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, alternatively additional training as an examiner (basic modules EASA Part 66 for CS-CAT B1)

  • Qualification as an aircraft technician with B1 and B2 license and air & space flight/defense. Certification

  • Knowledge of Bundeswehr specific regulations, military aviation law, Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and Visual Management

  • Several years of experience in technical documentation, quality management and assurance, and as an auditor

  • Good knowledge of military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation

  • Military pilot usability (WFV III) is an advantage in the context of inspection flights

  • Very good knowledge of SAP and SASPF

  • Business fluent German and experienced English
