Certifying Staff for CAT B1 Tiger in military aviation (m/f/x)

We are looking to recruit a Certifying Staff for CAT B1 in Donauwörth for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for carrying out inspection measures and approvals for components.

Task description

  • Determination of faults and description of damage patterns
  • Recording and processing of complaints regarding general aircraft technology and MRO processes
  • Preparation of quality complaints
  • Participation in the preparation of repair instructions
  • Supervision of installation, functional, intermediate and final tests during implementation, repairs and servicing
  • Preparation of production approvals as an industrial inspector for CAT D / B1 within the scope of inspections of LufABw

Requirements

  • Technical training, preferably as an aircraft mechanic with a qualification as a master or technician
  • EASA Part-66 license for CS-CAT B1 required
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance and technical documentation as well as experience as an inspector
  • Knowledge of military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation as well as in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and Visual Management
  • Experience with regulations specific to the German armed forces and military air law
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP as well as basic knowledge of the SAP module SASPF
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to go on business trips should round off your profile
