In Faßberg (between Hamburg and Hanover) we are looking for a Quality and Process-Oriented Inspector CAT B1 or CAT B2 for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH for the liftscraper models NH90 and Tiger. Take up the challenge with a sovereign and structured approach.

Task description

  • Execution of inspection measures and approvals of helicopter components

  • Determination of mechanical malfunctions and description of damage patterns

  • Handling of complaints regarding general aircraft technology and MRO processes

  • Creation of quality complaint notifications

  • Production approval as industrial inspector CS Cat D/B1

  • Maintenance of curriculum vitae files and implementation of diebriefings

Requirements

  • Completed training as aircraft mechanic or similar or additional training as examiner (basic modules EASA Part-66 for CS-CAT B1)

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management and assurance as well as in technical documentation

  • Experience in testing and military maintenance procedures

  • Qualification as aircraft technician, troop examiner with the German Federal Armed Forces, technician or master craftsman additional B1 and B2 licence as well as air & space/defence. Certification

  • Very good knowledge of SAP and SASPF

  • New Ways Behavior, such as Service Mindedness, Accountability, Rigor and follow Standards each at Level 1

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Travel and field service readiness
