We are looking for a Human Resources Clerk with a quick perception and strong communication skills in Donauwörth who can meet the challenges of our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH with original and innovative ideas.

Task description

  • Creation and maintenance of master, time management and payroll data

  • Document creation within the scope of defined administrative processes

  • Data maintenance and data updating including quality controls

  • Handling of correspondence and preparation of certificates

  • Support with special topics or projects in the personnel area


  • Completed vocational training as an accountant, financial accountant, industrial clerk, office communication clerk, personnel clerk or alternative commercial training

  • First professional experience in the field of personnel administration and human resources

  • Experience in dealing with payroll accounting desirable

  • Advanced application knowledge in MS Office and SAP (desirable)

  • Business fluent in German, knowledge of English desirable
